[Based on a name in the individual rankings, it appears that St. John's Prep was at the 1998 MAML competition, but it is not shown on the official results sheet. But then, the official results sheet ranks Swampscott both third and fifth; has a two-way tie for sixth place among small schools but also shows a seventh place school; etc. Unfortunately I do not have the ability to fix the missing St. John's Prep omission, but I have fixed what I could, and placed St. John's Prep at the bottom of the list.]
Note: Small and Medium School scores are comparable, because they are derived from the individual scores of six students and a team round where each question is worth three points. For Large School scores, there are eight students per team and each team round question is worth four points. So, to make the scores across divisions roughly comparable, multiply the Large School scores by 3/4.
